I have more than ten years of cleaning experience by starting out like a dishwasher to cleaning in hospitals, accommodations, and dwellings. From those experiences I have found I enjoy reaching people and making their stay, wheresoever that might be, more fun. Yes, it offers finding new jobs, away from cleaning market, more difficult; nevertheless , I’m always up for a new challenge. I really do not plan to stay in the cleaning industry forever. I might rather operate an industry that specializes in helping generate memories for individuals and their households.
Working in clinics, hotels, and restaurants I have developed an understanding of what folks expect away of their stays on. Working on a cruise ship, I would personally have the opportunity to job behind the scenes of how the guests appreciate their knowledge; whether it is in guest services or house cleaning. Each task is just as essential when creating guests satisfaction. Global Hotels Group– If you have ever slept at the Holiday break Inn, Holiday Inn Express & Fits, or Candlewood Suites, then you have slept under the IHG brands. I have had the chance to work for one of the IHG brands and have learned the inside and outsides of how a hotel should be controlled. The time and effort put into creating guest satisfaction can be endless, and it takes the entire group of employees to make this successful.
A guest’s best experience depends entirely within the hotel staff. IHG is focused on making that have the best a single. It is also about allowing it is employees to grow. In IHG regardless of what brand you are beneath the “manager will continue to work with you to make a personal development program that helps you develop your capacities and build the relevant skills and activities you need intended for the future” (IHG, 2014). Unless you have experience taking care of in food the best way to increase the ladder is to from the bottom.
