Among the characteristics the students did mention was fairness. Each of them described situations in which they felt like their educational leaders was not fair. That they perceived that some pupils were given advantageous treatment. The reason why that they cited for this special treatment diverse, though parent involvement in school and student participation in athletics seems to be two common causes that they believed principals might treat a few students greater than others. They will felt like this kind of differential treatment was not beneficial, not only to the students who did not receive the advantageous treatment, nevertheless also towards the students whom did. Another characteristic the students discovered important is that the frontrunners be wonderful to these people; they found it difficult to relate to leaders who were short or rude with these people. In fact , they said that rules who seemed to dislike students made all of them not want to attend school.
