Intercultural sensitivity offers emerged as one of the most important facets of the modern office because of improved diversity in todays staff. In essence, present day workforce is usually characterized by persons from diverse ethnicities, nationalities and race. The increased diversity from the workforce is usually attributable to improved globalization, which has significantly changed the modern world.
