We could in a world of uncertainty and can only speculate and make predictions with what tomorrow brings us. The book 1984 by George Orwell, was written in 1949 with his predictions about the future in 1984, 35 years later. The part that interested me personally the most was where Orwell explains how we will no longer believe on our very own and that each of our thoughts and emotions would be controlled by the thought police by way of example. It was interesting to read about exactly what a person thought in the past about todays world and go through how some of the predictions arrived true.

Although some of Orwells predictions would not come true, there are quite a few that did, mostly about technology. People nowadays can alter their face to look like a new person, like how it was mentioned available. Privacy was invaded with telescreens and microphones, that were placed all over the place and the privacy is invaded not as severe but still penetrated with hidden cameras and also other devices that invade kinds personal your life.
Manipulation like he said would happen it did and still does. With the new-technology around all of us laziness takes place and a single relies on someone or something to do their particular work instead. Reading this book made me consider the future in front of us and what will come of it. Will certainly we can easily have our original thoughts, ideas, and feelings? Problem will remain unidentified until that days comes it could be in years or perhaps it could be happening right now with out us possibly knowing that, or it might never happen at all.
