Today’s labor force is varied and has multiple conflicting priorities. As being a nurse leader, you would like to see your hospital put into action an outreach program that will benefit needy members with the community. Exactly what some strategies of connection you would use to develop a distributed vision with the stakeholders? How would you apply strategic management to make the visions intended for the outreach program become reality?

Stakeholder approach encourages management to develop strategies by looking out of the firm and identifying, and investing in, all of the relationships that may ensure long-term success.
