Developmental Mindset Film Critique Number Two In my opinion the main figure in the film to be Cady Heron who may be played by Lindsay Lohan and is a sixteen yr old girl. She was homeschooled her entire life until now. I would personally place Cady in the Teenage years stage of Erikson’s theory of creation.
It is described that the simple conflict through this stage is identity versus role misunderstandings. In this stage teens have to develop a personal sense of self and private identity. In the event one is capable of succeed it will lead associated with the ability to stay true to all their self.

In the beginning with the film that shows Cady as a wonderful young shy and unsuspecting girl who will be tries her best to fit into. She is dared by one of her new friends to alter in order to get again at a girl who your woman wants to acquire revenge in from the eighth grade.
Cady does such a good work at changing who she is that the lady begins to shed her impression of self and her personal id. She knows one day that she ditched her true friends on her new imitation ones and it reminds her that she has created a fragile sense of self.
