My observations were done via a mixture of ethnic and economic backgrounds. I observed through the North Pond Mall and a low financial area and my regional church.
The behaviors from the teens ranged from fun loving, giddy to silly. They more often than not were within a group which range from two to six persons in a group. The dynamics of the groupings I thought were intriguing for the reason that majority of all of them were divide based on sexuality. The group was both all male or female.
I almost never saw a blend of the two. The few situations that they were mixed I used to be unable to determine whether there were any “couples so to speak. They all may actually equally connect to one another. Certainly there was the standard female effect and body gestures when employed with a male and the other way round for men only they seems to be flat line in their outward feelings towards the ladies. I really had to read the body language to see the all-natural reaction toward the opposite sexual intercourse.
They did have gestures such as working fingers through their hair and rocking slightly back and forth when they talked into a girl. They did not generate direct fixing their gaze which I as well noticed in basic about the teens. There was direct fixing their gaze when a discussion appeared to be unfavorable.
The style of outfit for the youths different and has a statement of its own, and also, independent and unique. Example, some of the women would wear leggings with their mini-skirts. Some dressed in leggings below their trousers. (Really short) Other ladies wore bathing suits with thigh-hi socks. Moccasins for the ladies were not just like those of the young adults getting stilettos nonetheless they were glammed up shimmering calf hi there sneakers with laces and buckles. The majority of the girls We observed dressed in tight fitting and revealing tops or skirt. The distinction to that were the boys with their loose fitting to sagging pants and some wore skinny denim jeans. The kids also put on mainly t-shirts with sports memberbila with them, oversized knit tops and pricey sneakers.
I also seen at of tattoos at the ladies more than the boys. (That’s a switch coming from past society norm) They all had cellular phones and usually headsets in their ears yet they will seem to continue to communicate verbally and non-verbally with each other. They each were text messaging I don’t believe My spouse and i ever observed one of them actually talk for the cell phone. Facial expressions appear to be another way to signal or communicate.
When they disseminated verbally it often were in short incomplete sentences. It seemed more like the terminology you should expect to listen to at an THIS Seminar. I did so hear the typical youth tradition language just like “My Bad-my mistake, OMG-oh my gosh or wow my our god, Crunk-a cross between crazy or intoxicated, Sick-cool or awesome, Tight-close in relationship, Dope-cool or perhaps awesome, Hater-someone who hates everything or pessimistic, teens don’t wish to be around them, Bounce-to leave, BFF-Best Friend Permanently and Chilli’n-relaxing. On the other hand there were three words We heard that we had no idea what they supposed so I went to the internet to get a definition. What are the following: Tool= silly or geek, Tope= get across between restricted and clod and Wanksta= a person trying to act tough although not pulling that off.
Inside my observation a number of things started to stand out to me, as well as, The lord’s corrections to me.
