Letter to Condo Plank
This letter is in reference to the recent violations of the front table man. The front desk man has been at work for eight months and we members of the community have the ability to gotten to find out and just like him. This individual holds the doorway open for people when we come and go, is always courteous and useful, and does his utmost to put a smile in people’s confronts. For this, our company is appreciative. A friendly and helping front door person is all you can hope to look for – and he matches the bill.
The minor violations for which he has recently come under fireplace by the plank (and that we fear he may shed his job) are indeed of such an insignificant and trifling nature that people find ourselves utterly annoyed at the thought that all such a kind, helpful entrance desk person could be deemed incompatible together with the position based upon such transgressions. Allow me to list them for the table:
First, each of our front workplace man is violation of watching a resident’s puppy for a few mins in the main receiving area. While this may be against the guidelines, it is rarely an offense which is why one should have to lose his employment. Consider that generally there may have been a very good reason for his watching your canine in the first place and that it is not a customary actions but rather one in which a Samaritan is definitely helping an associate in need. Does this deserve severe consequence or rather admiration and admiration?
Second, he is in violation of currently taking home a key fob. May well we mention that this too is hardly deserving of severe punishment. There are several fobs on site in the event needed – so it is not really a matter of zero key fob being designed for the other front table man. Should the board not really consider that violation was committed in error instead of on purpose – that the the front desk guy simply did not remember to replace the fob? Several leeway the following is in order, all of us feel.
Moreover, our feelings are governed by the reality we do not prefer to see such high turnover rates inside the front workplace position. The front desk gentleman is 1 with which we have to communicate every day. As we grow to get to know him, functioning forward to the interaction. How much does it declare for the community, if we cannot include a sustained relationship while using face of the community as a result of petty infractions that the board holds crucial than we all residents perform?
