Theodore Geisel was born in Springfield, Massachusetts on March 2, 1904. He
graduated via Dartmouth in 1925, having a BA in English books. He went to Europe
after to examine at Oxford. He then traveled to Sorbonne then to the University of Vienna.
He prepared for getting a doctorate in materials, but the knowledge was below ideal and so

insecticide called Flit, which were observed and led to a tight agreement to attract ads to get Flit.
The contract said he couldnt do anything else. In his ad he utilized the saying Speedy Henry

Theodore Geisel, better known as Doctor Seuss, also known as Theo LeSieg, and as
