ASTI physical education is held on College of Alameda's track and soccer field as well as the gym. Students are graded on their ability to dress for class, participating, understanding and performing skills and strategies, and teamwork. Students need to have athletic shoes, plain dark blue or black shorts, and either an ASTI PE shirt or a plain blue, black, or thick white T-shirt. Plain sweats and hoodies are fine on cold days.
